We all have motel horror stories but this is among the most outrageous.

At the end of the video, it describes how BEst Western CORPORATE has apologized. But it doesn't say what if anything was done at the local leval. THAT is where something needs to be done.

Very bery disapointing. Everyone thinks i am crazy when i travel i refuse hotels motels ect. I would reather lock my suv up then stay somewhere where thsy never have a room for me. I have had a bad experiance one time. And that was good enough for me. Plus tht one time i ended up with bed bugs never ever gain!
