You can find lots of cheap portable hand controls on Amazon. They're about 260 bucks if that helps.

Does anybody know who I can call about a Monarch Mark A1 hand control. I was wondering if a set of those controls out of a 07 trailblazer would fit in a 98 S10 ZR2?

Yes they will work, most hand controls are generic and can be used in all cars, trucks.but some modification may be needed. There is a diffrence between right and left side

I have a couple sets of Monarch Mark 1A's and one set was in a 2003 s10, then got put into another car. The only thing that should change if at all would be the bracket that sets the height of the controls as they run parallel under the steering column.

If you look on ebay.com there are lots of good hand controls at really cheap prices - you just need to make sure you have someone who can install them for you.

Have you checked with your local adaptive mobility equipment dealer?
If you cant afford new hand controls maybe they have some used ones they could install for you? I always have several sets of used hand controls on hand to help out customers that cant afford new controls.
