It lacks any scientific studies or literature, so unable to say how safe it is for long term use. It is not FDA approved as a medical device or technique. It is essentially a way to give an enema under pressure, but without some of the safeguards and safety research that other similar devices (Peristeen, PIEE, etc.) have undergone.
