I bead a loop of dental floss with some glass beads (someone needs to thread the needle) I tie it to the tiny zipper pull, and leave it. Im not a quad, but can't keep hold of the lil zipper tab to get it all the way up, with the hand issues I do have, so put on zipper jewelry or use plyers.

I use a fork intertwined my fingers and use a tine to pull up zipper. my wife hates me for doing this Bruce

I use these on my shorts/pants – there's just enough room in the loop to get a finger in.

We also use the small key rings. You can buy them at Michael's or probably other craft stores. They work great!!
