caster alingment

I know how to set up the casters properly but I still get shopping cart wobble at high speed. I have a tilite ZRA and the 4" soft roll casters and I know to set them up at 90 degrees from the ground but it doesn't help. Is there any tricks to help out caster wobble?? Frog legs any better for wobble?

Tighten up the caster bolt a bit. If it veers to the left tighten the right etc.

tight the stem fork bolt a bit for make your forks can`t spin more than a turn and a half.
