My mother did fried liver and onions. She used calf's liver sliced thin. I remember eating it, but the couple of times I've tried to make it for my husband.....I could'nt eat it.

I do like chicken liver, and I have had KFC, but I like my own better.

I've never eaten much bologna. Here in the south, fried bologna is the way to go! I've even seen it on fast menus in the morning for a breakfast sandwich!

Yeah, it's good stuff. I also like it on rye bread with American cheese and yellow mustard.

Lamb's liver and bacon on a bed of bubble and squeak (fried mash with shredded cabbage) plus a good dollop of onion gravy........

My dad used to cook steak and kidney pies for years until it turned out that no one in my family particularly liked the kidney and we switched to pure steak meat. To be honest it's just because it's not very normal in the USA for people to eat the organs - but in most other places of the world it's completely normal. But no, I don't particularly want to eat them - where I'm living now they serve up chicken hearts.

Kidney pies just sound gross!

Kidney pie tastes like pee smells. Not surprising, but also not delicious.
