I don`t think the material of the bike is going to influence much in the smoother ride for your shoulders/arms/hands/ just a need a light and good bike to fit perfet to you and the biker have to do the rest.

Anyway the aluminum fork is done before in his top bike as you can see in the pic and is used for it 7020 aluminium, so looks like they are going to use the same fork for keep price as down as posible.

Since it is not hard to include trusses, gussets, and triangulation into the fork, there really isn't any reason to make it out of carbon. The aluminum fork will be stronger, just as light, and easier/cheaper to manufacture. If it ends up being as light as the EvoJet, it will be the better option. It would be nice to do a side-by-side comparison of all the high-end handcycles available: weight, price, build quality, etc... There sure is a lot of nice stuff out there these days.

Easier and cheaper to manufacture? Sure!
Better than a good carbon fibre composite design in terms of strength, lightness and vibration damping? No.

The thing is - now that there is a flora of very good bikes out there you really have to get into the design of every detail to create something that makes me consider it instead of a CarbonBike or a Schmicking or a Force X or a TiArrow or...

Now it looks like they've built a beautiful carbon monocoque frame and just slapped their old forks to it. Might look OK to you guys, but I think it looks sloppy.

Anders, I suggest you contact Fuentes on changes for a quad. He's the man for quad setups.

Thanks for the advice. I've seen Fuentes bike on the forum and I do own two quad adapted handbikes myself. But different solutions might or might not work. I've had a Force R with a similar setup as Fuentes and that did not work good for me. That's why I'm asking specifics for quad braking and shifting on this Maddline.
