Strange skin eruptions in peri area

In the last 2 months I get these zit like bumps that really have nothing in them when you try to express them. Then in a week or so they surface or erupt into a scabby/crusty blob with no liquid involved. I haven't tried to pick it off but rather put either neosporin or SSD on and cover them with duoderm for a few days. When I take off the duoderm the scab comes with it leaving a sloughy little divit.

I wash it out with saline wound wash then apply SSD and recover with duoderm. After a week they fill in and look pretty good. Trouble is, there's more of the zit-like bumps and it seems like a chain of events is going to happen. These are all halfway L or R between the anus and ish's.

I shower every day and wash the bum, I use a breathable stimulite cushion.Laundry and bar soap haven't changed.

Any ideas what is causing this?

Have you had your physician look at these? Has the drainage been cultured? They look a little like some of the MRSA skin lesions we see, and if so, can be recurrent. They look more like small boils rather than pimples.

Had them cultured by my wound Dr. and it turns out it's an strep infection. He called them blisters. The top layer or two of skin just slough's off and they never have any depth.

I was exposed to strep by my neighbors young kids some weeks earlier, so who knows!
