I have folliculitis, I don't see that as being your problem due to the locations you've mentioned. Do you have particularly hairy arms and hands? I struggle with follicultis on my legs, made worse by hair removal. I use an epilator instead of shaving which helps me. Since folliculitis is an inflammation of the hair follicle, you'd be seeing it primarily where you have lots of hair follicles. All the spots you've mentioned have little to no hair.

I may not have my left otter thigh, neck chest. Neck and chest itch right on tattoo sites.legs no tattoo. I had one bump on my thigh that looked like a pimple and kept itching I pooped it and nothing really came out compared to the size of the bump. It only pussed. And yes legs are hairy arms aren't very hairy either

I'd see a dermotoligist too. My guess is you have developed an allergy to latex or one of your meds too.
