Just letting her know that if RI is too far for her to travel, I live a lot closer .... I will certainly give Curt the chance first, which is why I haven;t mentioned price or pics or anything, as well as "if none of these work out".

I probably should have started my own thread tho, you are right, I will pull it.

I apologize, I didn';t think this through.

I have sold my Easy Stand 5000 and it was such a smooth process. If you are thinking about selling yours feel free to contact those who had questions about mine or even contact me on how to sell yours. I shipped mine to California via UPS and it cost about about $336 including having someone from a shipping place wrap the parts in bubble wrap and box it all up. The box was still all torn and damaged when it arrived so make sure you get insurance when you ship the item.

Here are a few things I learned in the process.
1. Have the Standing Frame (SF) packed by a shipping company. Look for a local pack and ship.
2. Have them put it in at least three boxes. it may cost more but, their is a less of a chance of it getting damaged.
3. Ship it by going on line and using UPS your self (you will save money) Shipping stores will add their profit on top of packing it up for you.
4. have it taken apart and boxed up so you can get exact shipping cost for your potential buyer.
4. Make your buyer pay the shipping cost, but be fair and only charge what shipping cost. (on items this big UPS will weigh and measure the box so not telling the truth will get you an extra charge on your credit card after it has shipped)
5. What i did for my buyer is allowed him to deposit half of the money before I shipped and when he received the SF he deposited the balance in my account.
6. I got to know the person who is buying from me and by the time we had finished talking on the phone about everything from being disabled to pain and to Care Cure.

Thats about all.

If you are talking about mine (without the glider) Yes it is. Hope you find one to buy.

Stevie, just trying to wade through the thread. I live in Colorado, what do still have available, if anything? I'm very interested in getting a standing frame soon.
