Sweating is driving me Crazy!!

The past couple months have been terrible for me dripping with sweat it is definitely from AD it's just I'm not sure from exactly what ? I narrowed it down to either irritated hemroids or my left hip dislocation. I am fine when I get in my chair for a few hours then all of a sudden I just start dripping and when I pee I drip but it's not a UTI. Would a dislocated hip affect my bladder? Also would a cortisone shot in my hip get rid of the pain and stop the AD? I am searching for any answers my doctor has no clue and it is frustrating me like crazy.
