Love chinese food. I could live on it for the rest of my life. Happily.

Hell yeah!
Dim Sums are epic! There's so much choice in food where I live. I usually start the day with sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaves - or go to one of the local restaurants. The one thing that scares me is the oils they use, I'm pretty sure they use a lot of hydrogenated or saturated oils - and stir frying uses a lot of oil too. I must admit I did end up cooking some fat English chips (french fries to you Americans) a few days ago. The Chinese loved it! I guess it would be like if some chinese person (from China) made you some authentic spring rolls or something haha. One thing where I live that's great is that they barbecue tons of different stuff. Not just meats but vegetables, tofu and noodles and only kinds of stuff you wouldn't expect if I'm being honest. But it does taste Delicious. Barbecued veggies are not something I've had much before. Going back to DimSums I love the rice pancakes (you can't see the rice it's completely smooth and white and wet) filled with the bbq honey roasted pork with a soy sauce (mixed with some other mystery ingredients) dressing. Dammmnnn - still, I'd love an Indian curry but I'd need to travel like 90 minutes from where I live just to have one! Mmm and a garlic and coriander nan bread.

My vote for Deem Sum (that is how the restaurant I'm writing about spells it) too. There is a restaurant in San Francisco (two actually--same owner, two locations) called Yank Sing Market and Yank Sing. EXCELLENT!!! We go here for Sunday brunch. Best Brunch you can eat, anywhere!

For some reason that address 'http://www.yanksing.com/our-cuisine/deem-sum-gallery/index.html' is getting blocked where I'm living at the moment (In china)... it seems rather ironic.
