Convert quick release hub to threaded axle

I'm about to get my new handbike soon which do have threaded axles for the rear wheels.

On my old handbike I've got quick release but I would like to use the wheels from that bike on my new bike.

Without knowing how a hub with threaded axle really looks;
Is it possible to just swap the axles to get my old wheels onto my new bike or do I have to buy completely new threaded axle hubs for my old wheels?

I think I hear you saying you need / want to use 'quick release' on the new bike that comes with the threads...?
You cannot put a quick release axel into a threaded axel sleeve. Not that I know of, anyway.

What I do mean is - can I remove the quick release axle from my hub and insert something like this http://w.ivenue.com/Wheelchairparts_...lock-nut.rhtml

1/2" threaded axle in 1/2" quick release hub.

Yes, you may have to add a spacer but it should work.
