How to change caster forks

I need help changing caster forks on a Tilite ZRA Series 2. I currently have FrogLegs suspension forks and 4"x1.5 soft wheels. I have too much dump and want to put the stock ones back on. Thanks in advance.

I only know how quickies work so bear with me
ok there should be a bolt thats between the top part of the frog leg then bushing then the caster fork its self take that bolt out its a bit hard to do but can be done. then under the bushing is a bolt of some sort lossen it and take it off now put that bolt back through your stock caster fork tighten it back up. put your casters on and your good to go! althou hopeful someone will chime in to let you know this is correct for the tilite.

NOTE: the links show forks for TiLite's Standard casters for ZRA1 & ZRA2 (it looks like you have FL casters which are like TiLite's standard casters). The standard forks are available with extensions - I'm not sure what length you need to achieve your desired FSH.

Pretty much, yes.

Thanks man ! So they don't have to be balanced or anything like that ?

They don't have to be balanced, but the flat edges on the front of the original caster (in front of the three holes in the illustration) needs to be adjusted so that it is 90 degrees to the floor with the caster wheel touching the floor. When you get it right, then you put the bolt numbered 5 in whatever hole lines up best and tighten everything up. This is done to keep the casters from fluttering.
