Powerchair headrest articulation

What do people do to have the headrest move to properly fit and support you when you move between upright and recline? Is there power adjuster?

It sounds like your seating isn't providing sufficient positioning/support to prevent you from migrating forward when you bring the backrest back to vertical. In addition, the headrest should only be in contact when tilted or reclined.
