Help bring zena home

While vacationing in Bali, a south FL woman was the victim of a hit and run accident. She needs donations to return to the US. For more information, please watch http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=waWLS...e_gdata_player

To help Zena get home, make a tax-deductible donation to the Neighbors 4 Neighbors Family Fund by calling 305-597-4404, OR use Paypal (cher4hair@aol.com)

She broke her back? Is she paralyzed Wendy?

This is a sad reminder never to forgo Travel Insurance and Medivac back to home country. Thanks for sharing her story--I am sure they can come up with the $100,000 more they need among her family.

Wow, your family sure has a lot more in the way of resources than anyone I know. No way could I pull that kind of money together.

Good tip on travel insurance

right... $100,000 thats my last 4 or 5 years income. It's a total shame our country just leaves us to figure it out.

Has anyone really vetted this solicitation as legitimate? Talked to the family or someone in the embassy or consulate in Bali?

I know there was a recent episode in our community where a scammer used a similar plea, and collected a lot of money supposedly for hurricane victims, through PayPal, and was later found to just be pocketing the money himself.
