I'm getting Vitaglide withdrawls!!! I didn't do it Sunday cause of my gashed head.....then yesterday when I went to the ER I got a tetnus shot and my freaking arm hurt so bad I couldn't brush my hair and we had a family drama last night!! Today my arm is worse, but I'm doing the Vitaglide no matter what tonight! You guys are driving me! That's what I need, thanks!!!!

rock on larry. did u get any protein. also i highly recommend a solid multi vit. i like animal paks or orange triad, the ot has joint supp, if u go ap get a joint support as well.
