I did Lisa Ericson's Seated Aerobic Workout. (I started everyday since the blizzard we had last week.) I've had the VCR tape for years and haven't found anything else close to the workout it gives me. I do wish I could find an updated version of this type of workout, the music is very 80's. I also wheeled around the neighborhood as it is sunny and in the 70's here.

Sat on my Leg bench and worked my abs doing random stretches and leg flexes 150

Tomorrow i'll go conquer the butterfly arm curl machine and work my upper body in many areas .
Put on my Tens unit and try working through the pain to keep my muscles limbre .

30 min on Saratoga cycle with sprints every 5 min. 1 hr. uppertone biceps and chest routine. Working on my bike's brakes so I can use them a little more safely. I'm ready to get out on the road.
