These are the trophies I took from 1999-2004 in INBF before I was in a wheelchair. I am now in a wheelchair and returning to INBF in the wheelchair class and competition, hopeing to make a splash and repeat my run.

Sweet, leaves me out tho due to my HRT. Get crap from both NPC and NASA about even the measly 650 mg testim I take per week, all they while there are insane mass freaks in the Open classes that are so obvious it's pathetic. Huge bodies, tiny heads, backne for miles, stretch marks.

Hence my dislike of NPC/IFBB and NASA, all hypocrits.

any tips on frequency of workouts? I have a pretty limited home gym setup in my basement that I transfer onto, and there are only a few exercises that I can do -
pull downs (I have to strap my self to the seat)
chest press
pec deck
preacher curls - regular and hammer with dumbells
I also do kind of like "dips" in between 2 tables to get my elbows up as high as possible before pushing up - I also wear a weight vest while doing these.
tricep extensions with dumbells
Anyways - since this seems like not a whole lot to do, would it be better to do this like 2-3 times a week, or once if I am still sore?

It is all in recovery. With us not doing our legs that takes a lot of recovery time out of equation.
Working
chest and tri's one day
then back and bi's next day
then shoulders on 3rd
if you can do abbs do them everyday you do a work out.
take a day or 2 off for recovery

I myself am doing a 3 on 2 off. right now.
Once you get in a recovery pattern you could go to
3 on 2 off
3 on 1 off
rotation.

Next day sornes will lighten after your body ajust to working out.

I haven't been able to do much with shoulders, and the small number of exercises I have been doing just made me wonder, as if I broke them up into a couple days, it would only take me 10 minutes. I was thinking of doing the whole routine 3 days a week. I just wasn't sure if that would give me enough recovery time in between. I havn't been able to find a good way to do abs, situps give me problems with the skin on my tailbone. Keep the tips coming though, as I spent all last year working my ass off with not much to show for it, I need to make some progress this year or I might lose my motivation. Thanks

Good but tw may want to do 1/1 to start off.chest/tri then back/bi's the next day can put a load on elbows, forearms and shoulders.Depends onthe person's body to recover.
