If my feet didn't work as they do, I would have considered placing a kiddie-slide next to the truck and slid from the top of the ATV to the ground......if it were on wheels you could position it first, then slide down once the ATV was on...? Too tricky perhaps??? I hate relying on other people, when there are never people around to help.....I need more friends lol
I would video it and YouTube it but almost everytime I do it I'm by myself. Hence why I'm loading and unloading by myself. Lol. I'll try and get something up if I have somebody around this winter to record me!

Yup - I am 100% British Rednek......and lovin' it.

I am speaking with the Shepherd Center here in Atlanta about being able to take groups of wheelchair hunters int he future. I need to cut more trails first and have better access to the campground from the road (at the moment y ou need a short-wheel base 4x4 to cross a ditch.

Apart from making for hunting stands, what else would I need to do to make the place accessible for hunters???

Nice job Mark. Glenn an I really enjoyed it! Our nine year old is getting interested in hunting, so he and Glenn went this morning, as a matter of fact. Haven't seen you the last few times I 've been at shepherd, but it's great to see you are doing well...

Andy! Great to hear from you sweetie...!
I haven't been to Shepherd in ages, but I'll be going in a few weeks to see Dr Lin. I need him to sign off on something so I can get my private pilots medical back again.

How are you doing???

Mark,

I'm doing well...I rode my first 4 wheeler this spring. It was fun but I wasn't set up well to not slide off. Went to Shepherd this summer to try out a hancycle. Now, trying to figure out how to fund one. Would LOVE to have a 4 wheeler, but price makes it out of the question.

BTW, Glenn says if you get your place set up for hunting, can he come?

Take care,

Andy

Definately, you guys are welcome up here anytime. Problem is that I just haven't seen any deer yet. I think when it gets a bit colder and the leaves fall it might be easier to see them.

I've got too much income to get funding, and I am a very cheap person by nature. So I bought a Freedom Rider on ebay for $1,500 and then I bought an older handcycle on ebay for $400. Both are great. With $400+ you should find something to have fun on, and thats the main idea.....
