I think you got a good deal from Office Depot. I can't tell if you got a 6 cell or a 9 cell lithium ion battery.

I like MSI. With the 1 HDMI port you can stream content from the Internet to your TV. However, I know that there are people who are perfectly content watching TV or movies on their laptop.

This is truly disturbing - I just upgraded an aging Thinkpad T42 w/ more ram and a bigger HD. For a few hundred $ more I could have something like that!

I wish you luck
 I've only had bad luck with laptops. Seems like where the power supply plugs in always comes unsodered. I have Dell and Toshiba laptops and buy far Toshiba was the worst with the power supply plug in. Either way looks like a nice setup and price. Going to check out Windows 7.
