change or tight spokes of a Spinergy

When i ordered my Spinergys LX they come with short tabes, and i use short tabes with cover grip rims for quads, but i don`t use this rims in summer because it`s to hot and they burn my hands when i`m braking, and the rims who comes with the Spinergys I don`t like them with short tabes, so I decide to take out the rims and put the screw in the other hall for have them with long tabes, and I decide to make a good use having the wheel strip down and tight all my spokes with the same force, because Spinergy don`t tight all the spokes the same in my wheel, their was a lot of little diference of tight(you can see it in the pic), that wasn`t a problem but I tight them properly.
I post a pic for if some of you decide to change some day spokes, a hub, tight them, etc., it`s a job who could do it a kid.
