New Scissor lock question.....
So I broke down and bought the scissor locks from Sportaid that are supposed to fit an invacare A4 that I picked up cheap. The last time I bought scissor locks was 4 1/2 years ago. I quickly learned they're not even close to similar. What happened to the old style where you pulled away from the chair to set the lock? The new ones have to be pushed towards the inside of the chair (Or opposite wheel) to set the locking mechanisms. Its not very comfortable or ergonomic.
Did I get the wrong set, or is this the only option available? Any input would help, because I have to decide whether or not to ship them back. Thanks, Dave
