can anyone suggest any online sources for good live-in caregivers.

Live-in is the the most difficult. Do you have to have live-in vs. part-time multiple people? People who have a family of their own, or another job or least likely to want a live-in job. On the other hand, it may be cheaper to offer room and board in lieu of salary for people like college students.
