how to find and seclect a rehab facility??

How do I find the top facilities in the country that will provide a combination of treatments to maximize cure and function? Can anyone make a reccomendation?

First I would recommend looking at one of the following:

Model System SCI Centers

and/or

CARF accredited programs (must accredited as a SCSC or Spinal Cord System of Care)

and/or

A VA Spinal Cord Injury Center (if you are a USA military veteran). All VA SCI Centers are also currently CARF accredited.
