Dry Skin

I was wondering...my skin is always dry since I dont sweat. I'm a c5c6 complete and when I work out It gets extra dry it gets flaky and it falls of like the opposite of sweating.

Is this normal?

Actually the dry skin is because your autonomic nervous system (which controls skin oil production and sweating) is not keeping your skin lubricated with oil, not sweat. Sweat alone actually dries the skin due to the salt content.

Use a good quality skin lubricant on your skin daily and after bathing. I like Udderly Soft, which is similar to Bag Balm, but not as greasy.

I use Cetaphil. We use it on my niece for her eczema, but I use it on my face and hands. And I really like putting it on before my gloves. The glove seal it in or omething.
