can you replace the valve on a varilite cushion?

So i haven't been feeling very good today. And mostly sleeping. We decided that we would baby sit one oef our daughter's dog. She brings him over and leaves with us and he ate the valve right off my cushion and dry wall and kitchen cabinets. I am ready to kill him. Any way can the valve be replaced or do i have to get a new cushion?

I doubt you can, only the loose inside parts and the round valve handle might be replaced. But, what you can do is to find a plug that fit’s inside the valve flange on the cushion and get some super glue and permanently glue the plug inside the valve flange.

I have different cushions, but on the Varilite cushions I even do that on the new ones because I’m tired of the valve is loosening up and air flows out when sitting on it or general leakage of the valve. On the new Varilites I use the inside plug of the valve itself, cuts back the four hooks which is holding into the round valve handle and use that plug, then permanently glues it into the valve flange. The round valve handle I throw away. Do that when nobody is sitting on it, let the air pressure inside the cushion and the outside atmosphere pressure balance, then glue it. The cushion should then be fine, at least I find it so as for how much air I want inside the cushion. And it works fine, no air leakages so far.
