Sensory Belt for help with Balance

Has anyone seen or tried one of these that are meant to help with balance? it mentions Ataxia as one of the conditions it helps. They make them for children, teens and adults.

This is you tube video of child with balance probs (couldn't find any adult ones but it was orginally designed for adults by a pro baseball player who had an injury)
