Keeping home life-support up when power goes out

I found this, and hope it helps someone. It's difficult to know and find the support services some of you need.

It can be a problem, glad to see it is being brought up to the public's eye and that something is being done. I live close to our local hospital as well as my grandparent's farm with generators, so could go for quite a while if needed.
