Thread: another ssdi ?

    Nevermind.

I just found that it is taxable simply because I am not "required" to live there. It is voluntary.
If you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best.

I am not a tax dude, nor a SSA Specialist but I sat in a seminar about SSDI and Work Incentives. According to the speaker Gross is what applies to TWP. However if you cannot perform your job unless you are "Onsite" then it should be a "IMPAREMENT RELATED WORK EXPENSE" (IRWE) another SSA Work Incentive. When I got out of the seminar I thought up was......... DOWN and Right was incorrect if not...... left ..... Or was left .....Overs? It is just completely CONFUSING!

Find an AWIC (Area Work Incentives Coordinator) or CWIC (Community Work Incentives Coordinator). I am Not to sure what the acronims mean but I think AWIC & CWIC is correct. Would some one please check and confirm.

    TIA (Thanks In Advance)

Did some one ask for a CWIC?

    Hi,

I am a Community Work Incentive Coordinator (a CWIC), trained by Social Security on the work incentives available through SSA for indivudals on SSDI and SSI. Basically, I am trained to educate indivudals on the impact of work on their federal, state and local benefits (state and local specific to NH).

I would be glad to help you with SSDI questions (at least general). If I can not help, I should be able to refer to a specific person who can.
