It's weird cause iuts the side of my heel........

Well... Atleast it won't keep me in bed,

Hmmm, I know its not my shoes, but to get 0 pressure, you think a pair of Crocs would be good?

Looks like a beginning bedsore to me, I think you should see a wound specialist, keep it elevated as much as possible, ramp up the protein and watch it carefully. No pressure of course but keep it elevated often to reduce edema which inhibits circulation. Crocs might be good but inspect frequently to check pressure points and other areas of your feet. Sorry, hope I'm wrong.

    Hope your network breaks...........

Fortunately, I don't swell too much and barely any there. I think it is from sleeping position. I recently changed up my position.... Guess I shouldn't have.

I'm sorry to see it Patonb. It looks like the start of a lot of trouble.

so far so good with the crocs for jim...however i did do some adjusting for jim's high instep...they r very easy to cut. they have not left any marks and jim is up approx. 12-14 hrs everyday.

he was totally against them...lol i had to practically hog tie him to the display in the store. no kidding but now they've kinda grown on him. lots of luck.

patonb, I'm not sure what crocs are, but it looks to me like you're right in saying it's from sleeping position. Maybe you could wear an air-filled booty or whatever they're called until it settles down to normal.

    good catch
