I've had to adjust my armrest's so I could rest both arms plus it kinda helps keep the ride smooth. Im hoping it wont take to long to get use this, I am getting better everyday but I want to feel confident sooner than later.

Gotwheels, could you please measure your head height in your powerchair.
I am attempting to decide which vehicle would work best, but my head height is a major problem. I am 58 inches in my Omegatrac.
I understand your a tall fellow, and I would really appreciate it.
    Thank you.

    No Tri's or hand function.

I had the same dilemma when choosing a van. I'm also a pretty tall fella (6'2"). I have had a Dodge Grand Caravan 2003 and 2001 which are the same body. For me, it was more important to know the door entry height and floor-to-ceiling height driver-side forward.

I can't remember the interior measurements of the Dodge Grand Caravan (and the body has changed significantly for 2008 forward) but if I'm sitting perfectly upright I can sometimes feel my hair touched the roof (I think I'll be slightly lower in my new wheelchair).

So, if you're set on a minivan like I was, you probably just need to shop around. When I were shopping around at the time, the Chevrolet option offered more height but I liked the track record of the Dodge Grand Caravan conversions.
C5 injury with partial C6 function on left.
