Thread: What Did You Have For Breakfast Today?

  1. #171
roast with organic carrots and yukon golds. in my roaster pan. onions, wine, worcester, free range broth, touch rosemary. sorry i cant add to real breakfast, but don't eat it. when i did, i made eggs with cheese, fresh spinach, sauteed taties with dill, and bacon and fresh avocado in season. those were the days, my friend, we thought they'd never end....

anyway, my naturopath says my guts are all screwed up, no good bacteria, etc. which is causing gut pain. has me on herbal stuff...hope it helps. cause i want to eat again w/o pain!
