    Working 2 Walk

Could you tell me what happens at this event? I might be in Baltimore the week before and wondered about trying to attend.

Thanks for the website. It does give me the where and when and hotel info but doesn't really tell me what actually happens.
Could someone who has been let me know.
Is it a bunch of speakers? I don't really have any idea

Alex, the format will be similar to last years. If you review W2W07 you will have a pretty good idea of what to expect at the next symposium.
The first day top researchers will share current techniques and treatments.

Currently the topics covered for W2W08 will include -
Emerging therapies in regenerative and rehabilitation medicine
Overview of the fundamentals of SCI
Physical activity and it's role in maintaining overall health
    Preparation for curative therapies

What will be different, is there will be small group breakout sessions allowing for more intimate discussions with researchers.

Advocacy and maintenance and the enhancement of physical integrity using alternative and complementary approaches will be on the second day. The third day will be a day on Capitol Hill sharing personal stories and asking for support of the advancement of paralysis research.

    I hope this helps.
