Thread: power chair coverage

    Balder Wheelchair

    Hello, Re: Balder wheelchair.
At this time I would not recommend buying this chair. The chair is well designed, but the after-sales service has been inexplicably and unacceptably poor. Phone calls have not been returned. The receptionist has been rude. The company has refused to fill out a few lines on a form for insurance purposes. Unless there is evidence of a change in company policy, I would not recommend this chair at this time.

    Hello,
    Re: Balder wheelchair.

BalderUSA is no longer the distributor. Scan Medical in Ohio is the new distributor. So far, I have had a positive experience with this company.
