Thread: Call of Duty 4 anyone?

Do you think Call of Duty is quad playable? I.e. trackball and one finger/knuckle for keyboard...

    Hey orangejello!

    GOod to see you back!

I AM SO getting a cat like that when I'm older and not in college hah.
    It shall be my child!
I love how they look and if a guy wrote a book about this cat, it must be awesome.

I showed my mom the Scottish Fold pictures and she loves them 2!

    Hope your doing well.

    Todd,

Thats a nice graphics card! You'll be very happy with the performance for sure!

    Davey,

    You got that right hah

    Lewis,
What type of games have you played with that set up?
Have you played other first person shooters?

If you've played 1 first person shooter with that step up, you can play them all.

I can image you can make it so your 1 finger/knuckle will constantly be pressed to go FORWARD, then you would use your mouse look to move left or right, or move your finger BACKWARD to go back.

It sounds like it would work, but I'm not sure.

    GOodluck bro!

It's playable, but its really hard to strife/ run and shoot at the same time. My quadcontrol is due to arrive next week and i hope it makes it %100 playable for me. Go and download the demo and let me know if your way works.

I played WOW but found it a little boring and was never able to get into it. I haven't played any other games. I don't have to be good at them, they just have to be possible and fun to play. Thanks for the info!

I haven't played CoD 4 yet but I played CoD 1 & 2 and was able to play just fine. I have my trackball on the left side of the keyboard and I use the little finger knuckle to hit the arrow keys. I can hit two arrow keys at once just by using more of my hand.

I am playing Battlefield 2 but more recently Quake Wars. That is a Bad Ass game. I am a FPS addict. Anyway bought another video card and running duals. I am getting 100 frames per sec in Quake Wars and about 120 frames per sec in Battlefield.

I get alot of Crap from the wife about playing online so much. She will come downstairs and say "Your always on the internet and dont pay attention to me sometimes."

My reply is "What did you Say"....
