    As a former Personal Injury Attorney of 18 years and a Judge the last 6, the web site mentioned above, which I just spent 15 minutes looking around, appears to me to simply be one of MANY "pay for display" in a given geographic territory. There may be some screening, I can't say for sure, but from one of the firms I saw there I know of, and ones I DIDN'T see, I wouldn't get too excited by it.
