yogurt- good or bad for ya?

I have started drinking theseyogurt smoothies for breakfast. they're convenient, a good source of protein and calcium, and a decent amount of vitamins. but, I was thinking I read somewhere that yogurt can be bad for our digestive system and bladder bacteria balance...yadda, yadda, yadda. is it good or bad? am I dreaming that stuff up?

I think it is just the opposite. Yogurt helps by replenishing "good" bacteria.

I eat it by the tub and have no bad effects from it. How positive it is, I'm not 100% sure of.

I'm pretty sure Moongazer is right. I've always heard that it helps replenish the good bacteria in your digestive system.

Yogurt is supposed to be good for you.
Haven't heard anything bad about it except maybe the regular yogurt is high in fat so the lower fat kind is recommended.
