One of my Spinergy "Spox" wheels has a bad bearing, I think. If you tilt the chair up on it's side it spins easily but when I am sitting in it and moving, it drags and makes a scrapping noise. Is that a bearing? And if it is can I get my local bike shop to replace it? Looking at Spinergy's website, it says that these bearings are sealed...
    Thanks
