    Bruno wheelchair lifts

    Hi,
Does anyone have or has anyone used the
Bruno AWL-160 side door wheelchair lift or
Bruno PUL 1700 Cab-sider vehicle lift?
I am looking to get a Chevy Colorado extended cab with sport suspension to help lower it. Also split bench seats for easy of transfers. Torn Rotaor cuff, healing broken right femur and just plain ol' age (56) forces me to consider these. Currently drive a 2000 ZX2 Ford 2 door and up til now I just transfer in the passenger side (my stronger side) and pulled my chair in behind the passenger seat.

You're in luck. I happen to have a Colorado Xtreme with a Bruno Cab-sider and I lowered the suspension yet another inch (not necessary, but it looks awesome).

I like the setup and it works great for me. Remember that you will need to have a folding chair for this. If you want pictures, let me know.

    Hi,
Thank you for your reply. I would love to see pictures. Do you transfer from the drivers side? Do you need to use a slide board? What level are you if you don't mind. I am T5-7 since 1969
