    A & E = Accident and Emergency (UK equivalent of ER).
    IIRC = If I Remember Correctly.
    GP = General Practitioner.

    C + number-injury to the cervical area (basically the neck, result = quadriplegia)
    T + number-injury to the thoracic area (Basically the chest/back, result = paraplegia))
    L + number-injury to the lumbar area
    S + number-injury to the sacral area

    IC = Intermittent Catheterization
    BBS = Bowel Bladder Sex
    hESC or HESC = Human Embryonic Stem Cell
    UCSC, UCBSC or USC = Umbilical Cord Blood Stem Cell
    C&S = Culture and Sensitivity
