Just started using the FES bikes!

Today was my first day on the FES bike, I rode it for 30 mins and it felt great! Friday they are jacking me up to another level. My legs feel alot stronger even from just 1 day on that thing. Hopefully it continues!

Only 75 bucks a month for 2 times a week at this place in Raleigh, WakeMed.

Boogie, Oggie, Woogie, Look out I'm coming on like a hurricane these days, never know who you'll see. Great Going, wished I'd found one a year ago to pedal.

WakeMed Outpatient Rehab on Wake Forest Road? I rode that bike for a while before my schedule stopped allowing it. I might be in next week training for the new job. Have fun with the bike....I loved it.

What kind of bike is it? The ERGYS-2 or the RT-300?

    RTI FES bike is great

I purchased the FES bike from Restorative Therapies, Inc. and it is great.
It is so compact that I just keep it set up in my living room. Too, they monitor my progress because it transmits the results to them through my wireless lan and they can adjust the settings remotely when they need too.

For the guy in PA, I started riding at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore. Not sure which part of PA you are from, but I know one guy was driving down from Harrisburg to ride. Good luck. If you can purchase one, that would be great. I was able to knock one day off my rehab schedule and saving a ton of gas in the process.

Cory- How do your legs feel in the hour or so after your done riding it? What about 6 hours after? I'm using FES now again and was curious how it feels for you.
