    Music that gets you pumped

I'm just curious as to what other people listen to when they're lifting, on their hand bike, or just feel like breaking something.

Dig deep into those iPod libraries and play lists, and post the video if you can find it!

These easily come to mind for my workout and in my van for those relaxing drives..

Disturbed- Stricken, Voices, and some powerful vocals with Remember.

Godsmack- Speak, I Stand Alone, and Awake.

Nickelback-Figured You Out, Next Contestant , and Sharp Dressed Man.

When I'm on the way to the gym I usually listen to one of the greatest metal albums of all time, City, by Strapping Young Lad.

On a side note, here is the best Nickleback video.(actually it's the ONLY good Nickleback vid)

...and about Godsmack, sure Alice in Chains was cool, but why would you listen to their cover-band?
