Thread: a good online resource to create your own program?

    a good online resource to create your own program?

    I'm an incomplete quad and have alot of potential but it's difficult to know what to do and how to do it. I'm hoping there's a resource that shows detailed exercises and techniqes to gain strength, endurance and mobility in many area's. And hopefully ideas of exercises that can be done at home would be great. Any help / information is greatly appreciated, thank you!

    Try this

    It shows many exercises , mainly what you can do at home.
    ...You cannot control what happens to you, but you can control your attitude toward what happens to you, and in that, you will be mastering change rather than allowing it to master you...
