Unhappy Maybe the answer will come to me in a dream.

I have felt like Andy lately... What does it take to get my energy level up?

    Hey Juergen,

My aunt is a nutritionist and swears by the timing of food intake and what she eats and avoids eating in general for energy. Anyway here's a super long article with various things you can try - http://www.prevention.com/article/0,...4399-1,00.html, maybe it'll offer a tip or too. I find FES a great energy boost too.

You are right, DD. Cabin fever has something to do with it. Winter has been long in my part of the continent. Thanx for the beautiful photo of the rose. I feel better already.

You may have a point too, Jen. Nutrition could have something to do with my lack of energy.
I eat from these three food groups:
    1) Meat
    2) Junk food
    3) Any food that does not involve vegetables or looks green.

In that order too. Maybe I need to change my food groups.

I took B12 shots for a while to get me out of a funk and it worked wonderfully!
Roses are red. Tacos are enjoyable. Don't blame immigrants, because you're unemployable.
