    Yes in your chair roll up to a table. Put 1 hand on the table, to stabalize yourself. WIth the other hand you lift the ball up while keeping your arm straight. Use a ball like this:



    By doing this exercise it will contract your abs or it does mine anyways

    Are you using pre-gel pads? If so, they only last for a certain amount of time, so you just might need new ones.
