    Building chest & Triceps

    What's the best exercise for that?
    Anyone have a uppertone 4 sale?

    do a few pushups everyday, only takes a cpl weeks you will notice a difference

    If you can't do push ups just use weights. If you want to build em up use a heavy weight and do 3 sets of 6-8 reps. I've noticed a great difference when i started in 4 weeks.

    Oh, Always warm up first of you'll pull or tear the muscle and that wouldn't be fun.
