I am c6/c7, 1 1/2 years. Incomplete in sensation. I was in rehab for the first year, getting 3 1/2 hrs. of therapy a day and now only 3 hrs. a week. I think I've gotten new sensation recently, a lot of new 'pain' feelings. I want to know what it is that I need to be 'working' to keep recovery coming. What do I work? What exercises do I do?
