    Botox for contractures

Has anyone had this treatment? I recently got botox in both hamstrings to improve ROM in my knees. Doc said it would take about 2 weeks to kick in and would last about 3 months. I am hopeful that they'll begin to loosen and allow me to do my own ROM. I'd like to hear your experiences with botox.
