    over-the-counter UTI treatments

Has anyone had any positive experience with over-the-counter products, besides vitamin C and cranberry juice or pills? Occasionally I run across products that claim to effectively treat a UTI. The most recent product I saw is called ClearTract. It claims to be made from D-Mannose. Here's a link to that product, /www.urinary-tract-infection.com

    Thanks

    Hi C5,

D-mannose has been the topic of several discussions here, most users report positive results. A search should pull them up. There's also Bearberry or Uva Ursi tea which is being studied now as a possible treatment.
